Terms and conditions

We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions and that placing an order confirms that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours but please allow up to 28 days at busy times of the year. Your order should arrive in 5 to10 days (U.K., Europe, U.S. & Canada). For other destinations orders should arrive in 12-14 days.

We try to keep as large a stock as possible but inevitably we do occasionally run out of some things and the closer to Christmas it gets the more likely this is. We suggest that to avoid disappointment you try to order as early in the year as possible. If we can’t supply your order or just a part of it we will endeavour to contact you within 7 days and let you know. Depending on what you then tell us we will then action accordingly, refunding any money that you have already sent us, sending just part and returning the balance, supplying a substitute or waiting until we’re in the position to supply all of the goods you originally requested.

For goods bought by mail order or through through our website www.gemanigames.com you can use any of 3 ways to pay. Any major credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Delta, Eurocard and JCB, a cheque drawn on a British Bank Account, or a Postal or International Money Order. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. For safety reasons the only time you can use cash is when you meet us in person. Please do not send cash through the post.

All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted.
 

Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.             

The customer will inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and will notify Gemani Games in writing of any shortage or defect within seven days of receipt.                      

Delivery to UK destinations is made using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Standard Parcels Service.

Oversesas deliveries are made by Royal Mail Airmail Signed For, Royal Mail Airsure or Parcel Force Worldwide dependent upon country of destination and weight. Gifts will need to be signed for when delivered.                                                                                                        

Please note that from time to time it may be necessary to use an alternative delivery service.

Delivery charges although correct as of 1 January 2008 maybe subject to change.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes and weights are approximate. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Gemani Games and Puzzles, is not responsible for typographical errors on the website.


A copy of these terms and conditions and your order may not be kept by us and we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This must be sent to us in writing, either by post or email.

You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as Gemani Games and Puzzles, cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returns.

We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing or by email from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Gemani Games and Puzzles  and the Customer agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

If you would like us to add your name to our regular mailing list please let us know. In order to do this please note that we will need to store your name and address on a computer. We do however promise that under no circumstances will we divulge this information to third parties. As required by the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 we will protect all details and may request proof of identity before disclosing any information to you. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
