To process your order securely our order form uses a Thawte Certified 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (digital certificate link) to prevent any unauthorized interception of your order details. Once we have received the information from our web host server it is then transferred by disc to another computer that is never connected to the internet thus ensuring that your details are as safe as we can make them. Gemani Games guarantee that all personal information that you entrust to us including credit/debit card numbers will remain private whilst in our control.

THE GEMANI GUARANTEE.

If you’re not pleased with any of the items that you purchase from us then you may return them to us in an as new condition for exchange or a complete refund, provided that you do so within 28 days of receipt of the item. Failure of or complaints about items after that time will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis but we promise to behave reasonably and fairly in all cases including offering to repair or replace the item concerned at any time up to 12 months from the date of purchase. You’ll receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 working days. Your satisfaction with our products is uppermost in our minds at all times. If you feel that we’ve let you down then please tell us, we want to know how we can best improve things and leave you satisfied.
