WHAT YOU’LL FIND ON THIS PAGE

ORDERING.

There are 3 ways that you may order goods from us:

  1. Online, using the  the secure shopping basket that you will find on this site.
  2. By post (traditional mail order).
  3. By telephone.

Our Online Shop.

The easiest and probably the best way to buy short of face to face. Rest assured that when you place an order with Gemani Games & Puzzles that the security of the information that you place with us is our first priority. We use a SSL (Digital Certificate) 128 bit connection to our host server ensuring that all the information that you send to us is encrypted (i.e. scrambled so that it cannot be understood by anybody except ourselves). Once received, we transfer (by disc) all sensitive information onto another entirely separate computer that is never connected to the internet and then remove all the duplicated information from our on-line computer. We do not debit your card until the order is ready to be dispatched. The reality is that as a credit/debit card user you entrust your details to a merchant every time you use it and any one of them could then use this information illegally. The mere fact that few of you have ever encountered any problems indicates how statistically low the instances of fraud are.

By Post.

You can send us your order via traditional mail in conjunction with our online shop shipping calculator. This will allow you to calculate the total cost including postage or you can phone or e-mail us and we’ll work out the cost for you. Either way is perfectly acceptable provided that you include full details. i.e. the name and code number of all the item(s) that you are ordering, the quantity of each item and a contact e-mail address and telephone number so that we can send you confirmation and in case of queries. It’s easiest to let the online order process do all the work for you choosing the goods and shipping destination before then proceeding to the payment page. There you’ll find we offer you a number of payment choices that include, British Bank cheque and Postal or Money Orders. As soon as we receive your order we will send you an e-mail response confirming receipt.

If you are unable to speak to somebody personally for any reason please leave your number and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.  Calls made to this number will be charged at standard UK national or local call rates dependent upon the area you are calling from. Mobile or international charges are dependent upon your service provider and/or originating country.

PAYMENT.

Payment may be made using any major credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta, Solo, Eurocard, JCB and Diners Club. Your cards will be charged in British Pounds.
We will also accept cheques drawn on a British Bank in Pounds Sterling , Postal Orders or International Money Orders.

PRICES.

All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted.

TAXES.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges. If you tell us that your order is a gift we will tick the Gift Box on the Customs declaration.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We will aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours and your order should arrive in 6-10 days (U.K., Europe, U.S. and Canada) For other destinations orders should arrive within 10-14 days. We always aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible but please allow for up to 28 days delivery. The customer should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify Gemani Games & Puzzles in writing or by e-mail of any shortage or defect within seven days of receipt.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. If you decide to do that you must inform us in writing or via e-mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days from the day after the goods were delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost by the same means that they were delivered and in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise that you ensure that the goods are adequately insured during the return journey.

Post and Packing

Charges are dependent upon a formula that takes into account, weight/volume/quantity and country of destination. It will be automatically calculated and displayed in the shop as soon as you make your choice of destination from the the shipping field that you will find below the list of products that you have previously selected.

A minimum charge of between £4.80 and £9.90 applies, depending upon the place of destination.

Delivery to UK destinations is made using,
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Standard Parcels Service

And ‘My Hermes’ depending upon weight and destination

Delivery to all other destinations are made by either Royal Mail International Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure dependent upon the country.
Packages weighing  2000 grams and under will be shipped as ‘Small Packets’ and the cost and method (Surface or Air) will be dependent upon the weight of the package and country of destination.
Packages over 2000 grams will be shipped by
Parcel Force Worldwide.

Items will need to be signed for when delivered in all cases (sorry, no exceptions!).

Go to: www.royalmail.com and click on the ‘Track and Trace Items’ link you will find at the top of the page then enter the tracking number that we have sent you in our e-mail confirming dispatch together with the date that your order was posted. Note that this service will only track the item up to the point that it leaves the UK.

Go to: http://support.myhermes.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/467/~/tracking-my-parcel and then enter the tracking number that you’ve been sent in an e-mail by ‘My Hermes’.
