There are four ways to buy our products.

  1. 1)Using this web-site’s shopping basket and submitting your order via our Secure Order Form. As soon as we receive your order we will confirm the details with you via E-mail and send you a unique customer number.
  2. 2) Via the normal mail system. Together with an order form that may have come with our catalogue or by simply writing us a letter. Please include as much information as possible together with a contact telephone number(s) and e-mail address for us to confirm your details. If you wish you may send us your credit/debit card details or a cheque made payable to Gemani Trading Co Ltd. but please make sure to include the correct postal charges to avoid delay. The easiest way to calculate these is to use the online order form, there they’re calculated automatically.
  3. 3)    Face to face from one of our many stalls that you will find at Craft Shows and Exhibitions that are held throughout the U.K.  Please note however space is limited. We do not carry everything on the stand and can often run out of the more popular lines quite quickly.
  4. By phone on +44 (0) 23 92525602 at any time. If we’re unable to receive your call personally for any reason then please leave a message and a contact phone number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Guarantee

If you’re not pleased with any of the items that you purchase from us then you may return them to us in an as new condition for exchange or a complete refund, provided that you do so within 28 days of receipt of the item. Failure of or complaints about items after that time will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis but we promise to behave reasonably and fairly in all cases including offering to repair or replace the item concerned at any time up to 12 months from the date of purchase. You’ll receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 working days. Your satisfaction with our products is uppermost in our minds at all times. If you feel that we’ve let you down then please tell us, we want to know how we can best improve things and leave you satisfied.

Our guarantee is in addition to consumer’s statutory rights.

All our products comply with the appropriate EU directives with regard to toy safety and are tested by an independent agency for compliance. All finishes, and materials are nontoxic. None of the items that we sell are suitable for children under 36 months and some contain an indication that in our opinion a higher age should be considered to be the minimum.

The majority of our games and puzzles are suitable for older children and/or adults. Despite a commonly held misconception they are not really ‘toddler type toys’. A typical age range would be from 7-8 years minimum upwards. That said some of our puzzles are extremely difficult and are almost certainly beyond the ability of many younger children. It’s important to select puzzles so that the person playing with them has some chance of success. We believe that puzzles and games should provide constructive fun and not turn into unnecessary irritation.

Yes all except 2 puzzles have solutions but they come separately, they aren’t in the boxes with the puzzle. The 2 that don’t are The Amazin’ Marble Dice and The Treasure Chest. We don’t supply one for the dice because the marble rolls around inside it and therefore would need a different solution for every possible position. All we promise is that it’ll come out of the #1 hole. The Treasure chest doesn’t have one because we put a dollar inside. We’re generous but not that generous, if you can’t get in there for a dollar you’re not trying hard enough! Actually if you’re really stuck on either, e-mail us and we’ll send you a hint. We do not post solutions on this web site and have no plans at present to do so.

All except the Go and Steeplejack Jumbo come packed in in either Clear PVC or cardboard. Since the PVC isn’t very strong we sometimes use cardboard as an alternative when we mail larger/heavier items but if you ask us to include the original PVC packaging for you to repackage it when it arrives we will. Just let us know when you give us your order.

Yes, provided that you order in a sufficient quantity (250 minimum) and we have enough free time. It’s possible for us to brand them with your own logo by silk screening or using a laser in addition to packaging them in whatever way you want but all this takes time so please don’t expect miracles.

Yes. If you order £100 pounds worth of games and puzzles we’ll give you a £10 discount, i.e. you pay just £90. The 10% discount continues above that figure too, e.g. if you ordered £130 pounds worth we’ll give you a £13 discount so you’d need to pay just £117. All figures are exclusive of all carriage costs.

Yes. For the past fifteen years we’ve introduced a minimum of 8 new items per year, each year mainly because our customers asked us to.

Yes. Write to us or e-mail telling us in as much detail as you can what has actually gone wrong, then depending on what it is we’ll send you replacements or ask you to return the whole puzzle or game to us for repair. We’ll send you an estimate of the cost before you need do so.

Yes. If you can’t get it back together again even with the solution sheet, e-mail us and we’ll try our best to guide you through reassembly. If that fails you can always send the entire puzzle back to us and we’ll reassemble it for you. The only charge that you’ll be required to pay is the return postage.
